The pet fee is pretty steep. Nothing is provided or offered - sheet of blanket to cover furniture, pet bowls, dog treat etc. All amenities my company offers routinely at small, boutique hotels. The room was clean. The property is a bit shabby and could use some maintenance. E.g. Exterior doors leak and bring moisture inside - on the floor and condensation on the door. There's a slight smell in the halls. The front desk staff could definitely use some training along with management. I booked through a third party booking engine and it had a certain rate for the pet fee. My reservation was partially based upon this information, and I had to fight to get them to honour it. Then, I was overcharged by $100. I didn't get a response quickly until multiple attempts including a phone call. To date I still haven't been provided a folio. But the extra fees finally got refunded. Overall I wouldn't stay there again. Too many hassles.
