The staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself feels like it missed a few decades of updates.
Let’s start with the bathroom door, which didn’t just have a broken lock—it simply refused to close at all. Privacy was more of a suggestion than a feature.
The TV was also a blast from the past. Not a smart TV, no streaming apps, and no way to cast to it either—so bring your imagination if you want entertainment. The outlets were placed in locations that made you question the architect’s life choices.
As for the air conditioner, it worked hard… at making noise. Adjusting the temperature didn’t cool the room, but it did successfully increase the volume, which was impressive in its own way.
That said, Jimmy B’s was fantastic and absolutely saved the experience. Great vibes, great spot—and honestly the main reason we’d consider coming back.
