The room was average. There were so many posted warnings when checking in that it felt that the place was questionable from the start. The huge warnings said things like $100 will be charged as a refundable fee to your credit card and will be returned after inspection of the room. There were also warnings about charges for missing towels etc posted all over the front desk at check in. It made you wonder how often they charged people. It was so off-putting that I found myself taking pictures of the damaged curtain rod and huge scratches on the dresser, which I've never felt the need to do in other places. Also, at check in at midnight, the front desk manager was no where to be found. You're supposed to call a number and he will come. Well, it took two calls to this number and 5-10 minutes of waiting for this guy to arrive. The experience was certainly less than the current 7+ "Good" rating for the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable and the floor at the entry to the room stuck to your shoes and made a weird sticky sound with every step. The price was super low and I normally wouldn't have booked a place as low a price as that, especially having my son with me, but the 7+ rating made me consider it. Do not be fooled by the rating; this is a low price, average quality hotel.
