When I arrived at the hotel to check in with my three grandchildren, I was told the pool was closed which there was nothing on hotels.com the week before when I book the hotel about the pool being closed and under maintenance I was a little upset they did say we can go across the street which was her sister hotel however dragging three small children back-and-forth in the cold was not ideal, but I promised them they could swim. I was a little disappointed that I was not informed earlier on the website. Because I do book the rooms based off the fact that there is a pool a very important thing for me. That’s why I get on hotel.com and check I think the hotel should disclose when their pool is down so it can be put on the site so people aren’t disappointed when they get to their hotel
Other than that, the hotel is one that we have stayed at several times they are always nice. However, this experience was terrible.
