I wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff that was working during my stay. The young lady with the curly hair, the lady with the longer darker hair, and the tall slim gentleman with the ginger-ish look were all amazing. Their customer service was warm, helpful, and made my stay very pleasant. The gentleman who lives on the property especially stands out—he is truly top-tier, and the young lady with the curly hair is as well. They really made me feel welcomed.
However, when I checked in Thursday night after 12 AM, the gentleman at the front desk at that time could benefit from a little more customer service training. He wasn’t rude, and I don’t want him to be reprimanded, but he came across a bit dry and didn’t provide some basic information—such as the Wi-Fi password or directions to the elevators. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew where to go, but I just want to point out that, as the person greeting guests, a warmer approach would make a big difference.
Overall, the service from the daytime staff was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I hadn’t visited in a while due to a past experience with a previous cleaning staff member, but it seems that issue has been resolved, and I’m glad I gave the hotel another chance. You all really did a great job this time. Thank you.
