The hotel it's self needs updating, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the parking lot needs a repave and stripping. The internet needs a lot of work, connection was a issue and it was very very very slow, I just used my unlimited 5G Hotspot from my carrier. There was little insects on the wall unit, that has the microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot, plus only one pack of coffee in the room, the TV channels was very limited could use a upgrade. The breakfast was the every day, eggs, sausage links, cereal etc....Will stay again but hope to see some updates, especially with the little insects.

One night stay before going to Holiday World. The room was clean, breakfast was good! Would stay again.

Our room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older building so some things are not perfect but you only there to sleep and relax. Front desk worker was nice and helpful.

Great location right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an inexpensive stay, with free breakfast and a pool, while visiting Holiday World, this is the place. It’s sorting noting the hotel is EST, and Holiday World is CST.

Room was filthy. Bed had hair and looked liked they had been using the same bedding for some time without changing between guests.

We ended up leaving, the condition of this hotel was unsanitary. Got off the elevator and there was a section of floor covered by a sheet of plywood with caution tape around it. The carpet in the room was soaking wet under the A/C unit. And the entire place smelled musty and moldy.

this is a great place to stay, especially if you want somewhere close to Holiday world.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was just barely surface clean. Carpet felt thick and dirty. The room smelled bad. I woke up with bugs on my shirt. After peeling back the fitted sheet there was dirt and crumbs underneath. AC barely worked. I was scared to see what was for breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

Check in was very disorganized- no one was at the desk and it took quite a while for them to answer the phone it said to call. Keycards where all over the desk in there envelopes with room numbers written on them- I did not think this was very safe. The pool was nice to have but we had a large group and felt like other guests did not use it because of how small it was. One of our rooms kept having toilet clogging problems and it was annoying to have to repeatedly go to the desk to have it fixed. Not a lot of staff so it always felt like you were bothering someone

2/10 - Insatisfatório

We found mouse droppings and trash in the elevator! The bed had huge urine stains and blood stains. They refused to give us extra pillows. The rooms smelled of mold. After two people showered we had absolutely no hot water for my children to shower. Breakfast had liquid eggs, no fruit, no pastries (like it advertises) The drink stations were not working, except for the apple juice. The staff were not friendly or hospitable.

The room smelled of mold and rainny socks. We asked if there was a different room that didn't smell of mold and was told NO. The breakfast there wasn't enough food for all guests. When asked if more muffins could be brought out, I was told NO they are frozen and they couldn't unfreeze them. Each time we asked if more hashbrowns/tator tots, sausage could be brought not, we were told NO. Our room wasn't cleaned about the first day. Osha or health department should come in there about the mold.

There was hair in the beds and the bath tub. Water all over the inside of the fridge from it sweating because it had been turned off. The sheets were very wrinkled and yellow. The pillows were tiny and smelly. The room smelled musty and really bad from the AC being turned for a long time. We ended up checking out a day early because of the poor condition of the room.
