The location to the venue was ideal! The valet parking was as great! Since we did not have instructions on how to operate the thermostat, we had to go down to the front desk and ask for assistance. Fortunately, she was able to do it from the front desk computer. The breakfast was good. Jordan, our waitress, was fantastic!
We had to call the front desk twice to try to get our TV working.The first time I was told someone would be up to fix it. The second time I was told a maintenance man won't be in until Sunday to fix it. We left Sunday morning around 9:15.
The other issues we had in our room were:
-coffee maker did not work
-TV did not work
-No Internet
-no binder with restaurants or other local attractions
-no instructions on how to operate the thermostat since it was freezing when we arrived.
The front desk clerk also asked what they could do to rectify our situation. I said to comp our room 50%. She made a list of the above issues and was going to give it to CeCe, the manager, Sunday morning. After breakfast, we learned she would not be in until 9 or 10 am. We could not wait to leave. The issue still was not resolved when we left the hotel. Not a very good, first time guest experience.
