The hotel has several areas that need improvement. The elevators near the restaurants do not have air conditioning, making them very hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, access to the breakfast area is limited to a single entrance without a ramp for strollers or wheelchairs, which is an accessibility issue. Overall, accessibility is poor for strollers or people with reduced mobility.
During our stay, the buffet was closed for a private event, overcrowding the other restaurants and affecting the service. We were also surprised when the laundry service knocked on our door at 11 p.m., despite not having requested it. The wet floors are dangerous due to how slippery they are, both around the pool areas and in the bathroom floors of the rooms. Furthermore, the valet parking leaves vehicles outdoors, which is not ideal.
In general, there are many aspects to improve in order to be considered a luxury hotel.
