Prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com for Hampton Inn & Suites Arlington Crystal City DCA from February 13 to 15 (Itinerary 73369764510079).
Due to multiple service issues during my stay (no hotel shuttle pickup from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, fire alarm evacuation without staff guidance, malfunctioning TV, and breakfast unavailable during the posted hours), I decided to check out early on February 14 in the morning.
The hotel manager reviewed the situation directly from my phone and authorized the early check-out without penalty due to the inconveniences. I was informed that since this was a prepaid reservation through Hotels.com, the refund for the unused night must be processed by you.
I am formally requesting a refund for the unused final night, as the hotel approved the early departure without charges.
