Dis-Comfort Inn
Ironically named hotel. Never have I been in a more uncomfortable run-down hotel and room. The elevator was broken and they put us on the third floor. That would’ve been tolerable, but the room was almost uninhabitable. One of the queen beds felt like lying directly on boxsprings. It HURT. The other bed felt slightly better. But both were terrible. Toilet seat was broken. TV did not work. Spent over an hour with staff and a”master” hotel remote trying to fix it. My kids were tired and upset. I asked to be moved due to the bed and broken tv but desk staff was very rude. Said they didn’t have any other rooms but I know that wasn’t true. She finally admitted they didn’t have staff to reset our current room. But she was rude about the bed as though I was lying that one was far worse than the other. I challenge someone to go test the beds in the room. One is very uncomfortable. But the other is so painful I wouldn’t make my dog sleep on it. General manager was supposed to contact me about refund. Still waiting. Avoid at ALL costs. (I did not think to take pictures of the bed area but it looks as run-down or worse than bathroom).
