**Issues:**
**Bugs** in the room
**no compensation for unusable days.
**Unauthorized room access concerns room access practices unsafe and not properly controlled- practice of taking pictures of rooms without consent of the person who booked the room.
**NOT family friendly— many homeless people roaming the parking lots, which made the area feel unsafe.
**The halls and rooms smelled musty and unclean, as well as the smell of Marijuana use throughout.
**Hotel/booking response:**
The hotel management were less than helpful. If you’re traveling with family or want a safe, clean place to stay, I strongly recommend choosing a different property.
Rooms were Musty smelling and venting in room for using the cooking facilities didn't help to prevent the room from smelling like a kitchen- useless.
Homeless roaming the parking lots and drug use in parking lot.
