Honest Review – Very Disappointing Stay
The biggest issue with this hotel is the strong mold smell in the rooms. Even after switching to another room, the odor was just as bad. After two nights, my child developed a sore throat from staying in that environment.
We booked 13 nights for our family of five, mainly because of the kids’ water slide. Unfortunately, it was much smaller and less fun than the photos suggested. My children tried it once and refused to go again—very disappointing.
The pool was another problem. After swimming, I developed red rashes all over my body, clearly caused by dirty water and strong chemicals.
Food was also underwhelming. Breakfast and lunch were only available at the buffet, with limited options. Dinner required making a reservation at exactly 8:00 a.m., and if you were even ten minutes late, everything was already booked. The dinner restaurants themselves were decent, but the system was stressful.
Overall, this experience left me with no desire to return to Cancun. I would rather visit another country. I hope my honest review helps others before booking.
