Cleanliness was great. Rooms were great but a few things could definitely be added to make things a little better. Not enough trash cans in the room. The charging ports on The table in between the beds didn’t work on one side. The fragrance in the lobby, although it’s a great scent, is so strong it will knock you down when you walk in. It doesn’t carry into the upper levels, thank goodness. If it had, I would definitely not have been able to stay. My sister stayed there a few weeks before we did and she warned me about it, and she wasn’t kidding. Microwaves in the room would be nice. Only ones are on the 3rd floor. Went to order breakfast and they were out of waffles and breakfast sandwiches. What we ordered was definitely not worth the price. There is only one end table size place to put things in so suitcases are everywhere and there isn’t a lot of space to move around in anyway, so it always felt cluttered and cramped. The most important things (cleanliness and staff) were great so it made up for a lot of the little things that make staying away from home easier, i just found it frustrating bc there were so many details that were disappointing.
