First thing was that staff didn't now how to work TV. Unable to find Local Channels. Bed was uncomfortable and there was a pounding sound coming from the walls. So Cold in the room, turned on heater and my god so loud. The door to the room #118 had a "Gap" which made me feel unsafe, reason why so cold. Able to see the outside and concerned about a rodents, or other unwanted guest, spiders or roaches coming in. unable to get comfortable. Was offered another room, but at this point I decided to pack my things up and leave in at 4am. After lying there for 2 hours unable to fall asleep. The man who checked me in need to work on his Customer Service Skills, do dry and unconcerning. The Taller night shift gentlemen did try to help with TV and the one who offered another room. BEWARE there is no microwave in the room and they had to bring me a fridge. This was a wast of money..
