The property is ill-maintained, both outside and inside. The rooms are not clean, with stains spots and dried residues on the floor, walls, doors and surfaces. The bathtub in our room #209 had a clogged/slow drain that wasn’t rectified, even with liquid plumr. The toilet clogged regularly. The bathroom door was inoperable from inside the bathroom. My wife had to let me out from the outside. The smell is marijuana permeated the a property and comes through the walls and floors from other “non smoking” rooms. We made due, because it was spring break and a record number of folks were in town, so we had no other hotels available. I would have definitely forfeited my prepaid funds to move locations, had the option been available. No discount is worth that level of sub-par accommodations. The front deck staff, Josh, Shawn and the rest of the team were absolutely phenomenal professionals and welcoming. The facilities are the issue and their upkeep by housekeeping.
