The one amenity that I was looking forward to enjoying was falsely advertised as a “deep soaking bathtub”. The bathtub was NOT functional as it had NO working drain stopper. I was told by a friend of the Front Desk Worker to put a towel in the drain but I wasn’t even able to do that because the strainer had a screw in it.
Upon checking out, I let my dissatisfaction be known again and the Front Desk Staff let me know that the Property Owner removed all tub stoppers due to overflow issues.
Again, false advertisement and all I’m told is “we’ll let him know”. I was told “ma’am you could have requested a refund and stayed somewhere else”… NO, it was late, no time to search for another hotel and I had an exam this morning. The property was chosen because it was 5 min away from the testing site!!
