We had got ready for the day and went down to leave at our vehicle we discovered we had left my wife's medication in the room refrigerator due to her high sugar alarm. Went back up and the key would not open the door, went back downstairs to get her key and it would not open the door. went to front desk found no one waited several minutes started knocking on two doors that said private no one. After about 6 or so minutes started calling no one answered. I then looked up a number for Motel 8 and ask them to get someone to the front desk in Ringgold Ga, after about 10 minutes someone finally walked in from wherever she had been, she tried her key, and it would not work. She went back and got a master key and opened the door, my wife is a diabetic and we were delayed giving her the medicine she needed due to her sugar being high. after giving her shot, I went back in and ask her to cancel the second night, and I expect a full refund.
