NOPE! Left after
We had to leave shortly after checking in. I may have been naive to think Red Roof Inn would be an acceptable ābudgetā option for my family, but I realized my mistake as soon as we arrived.
The room reeked so strongly it gave my wife and I an instant headache. The sheets were thin, itchy, and had cigarette burns, as did the floor. The surfaces were grimy with visible buildup. Outside, there were groups of people lingering that added to an overall sense of unease.
Maybe a single guy could rough it for a short night, but Red Roof Inn is never for children.
We left about 15 minutes after checking in because I wasnāt willing to subject my family to those conditions.
Iām hoping for a refund.

Most deploriable hotel ever
Well for 200 dollars a night it is a rip off no clean towels avaiable the jacuzzi tub in room little water pressure room unclean hair dryer didnt work got another one it didnt work no maid service no hot water for hours no toilet paper had to get my own no clean towels service was horriable i asked for manager was told wasnt there i asked clerk for a refund was told no manager was avaiable red roof inn should be ashamed and shut down for such horriable conditions advertizing is decitful stating its amenties i should be given a refund outside of hotel in walk ways was flithy too everything was deporiable i demand a refund i wil encourage no one to stay at any red roof inns anywhere

Hay mucho olor a cigarrillo en la habitación tuvimos que pedir que nos mudaran de habitación , las personas salen a fumar a el balcón de la habitación . Si no eres fumador no te recomiendo el lugar .

Mold in room & absent Desk Manger.
The stay was ok, however there were several issues that were problems.
1. There isn't a phone in the room. So you cannot call the front desk. I used my cell to look up the phone number of the Red Roof I was staying at. However, when I dialed the number I was redirected to reservations. This is not acceptable when you need to talk to the Desk manager.
2. The fire alarm went off at 8pm. No emergency vehicles showed up and after 15 min the alarm stopped. Only to start / start for the next hour before management finally resolved whatever the issue was.
3. The room has mold behind the door. So it's hidden when the door is open but you can see it when the door is closed. I noticed that the entire wall "felt" wet. I've taken pictures and attached them here. I did try and notify the Desk Manager, but no phone to call and a visit to the front desk found it abandoned. I waited for over ten minutes for the Desk Manager to return. They never did.
4. The TV was not working properly. While watching any channel the TV screen would go black for 20 sec while it "Searching for HDMI.." this would occur any time the TV was on and had a frequency in every 30 sec to every 2 minutes. Again no Desk Manager to ask for a repair.

Unlivable conditions
I did not stay it was smelly dirty and the bed fell to the floor when I sat on it the front desk person said they would approve my refund when u guys contacted them it was 11:30 at night and hard for me to find another place to stay

Is not worth!!
Tv didn't work right, pillows were flat, the fridge was not cleaned out from the last stay, the tub was not clean and cobwebs on the ceiling.

I didnāt feel safe or comfortable with the smokers hanging outside. There were people just hanging around as if they were hanging in their neighborhood. Some looked as if theyāre on drugs or drunk. No one bothered us but I didnāt like being in that atmosphere. It didnāt make me feel comfortable especially traveling with my children alone.

The room was nice and the pool looked great but the weather wasnāt good enough to swim . Other wise very convenient and the room was clean. The carpets in the hallway could use a good scrubbing. Staff was friendly.
