The handicapped accessible 2 bed queen suite we booked online was given to someone else. I was in a wheelchair and could not move around. The room had blood on one of the comforters,the other bed was dirty(stained),the rollway was dirty and stained, the sink ran water with dirt coming out, there were 3 of us and only rags and towels for two so we asked for more and the assistant general mgr asked me to bring the dirty rags before she would give us more, the breakfast had cereal no milk, eggs no salt or pepper, the microwave in the room was dirty and when I tried to reheat my coffee it started popping. Last but not least the assistant general manager cursed my daughter out and told her to get the **** out of her hotel after my daughter asked her how long she had been an assistant general manager. She got even more unprofessional when my daughter advised her of the conditions of the hotel. She stated "Oh well this is an economy hotel. Do you know what that means?" My daughter then said it doesn't matter you shouldn't be having people stay here with it being like this. They then got into a verbal argument and we left. We have called corporate and will also contact the ADA because it is a serious health hazard in that hotel. I feel I was being racially profiled and underserved and disrespected because I am in a wheelchair. I do not EVER recommend going to this hotel and I hope and pray to God that the supposed Assistant General Manager is fired immediately.
