As members of Hyatt, we were told since we didn’t call them directly, we couldn’t drink the complimentary bottles of water in the room.
When we checked in, there were no others guests but were three female employees visiting. We were an interruption to them. We left, went out to eat and the three were still standing around the the counter talking. When we returned they were still all there just chatting, no one working or speaking to us.
Also, even though we chose the top floor to avoid noice of rooms above, it sounded like we had the windows open, it was so noisy all night with traffic and cars racing. We’ve stayed at that location a few times but last night was probably our last.
