I recently stayed here and unfortunately wouldn’t return.
The lobby is extremely small — about the size of an average living room. Check-in was slow because staff had to handwrite breakfast vouchers for each guest for every day of their stay. In 2026, there has to be a better system — simply scanning a room key would be much more efficient.
Breakfast was disappointing. Everything tasted unseasoned, and the potatoes were undercooked. We tried it once and chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
Our two-queen room was far too small for 2 adults and a teen. There was barely space for luggage, and the second bed felt like an afterthought; you had to walk sideways between it and the closet. The closet was a decent size but had no lighting nearby, making it hard to see clothes. The bathroom appeared to be the only recently updated area. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, there were multiple burn marks in the carpet.
Housekeeping was the most uncomfortable issue. Even with a Do Not Disturb sign up, staff said entry was required by policy. If a guest declines service, that should be respected. If safety is the concern, they could confirm with the front desk instead. Staff continued knocking after we said we weren’t dressed. There’s also no in-room safe.
Checkout was slow when I requested a receipt, and staff seemed disengaged and unpleasant.
The only positive was that it was quiet and fine for sleeping away from city noise. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.
