The room supposed to be one of the best in the hotel, $300 per night. The photo at your website showed a very elegant room with beautiful water view.
We came to the hotel at midnight. The hostess gave us key to the weirdest room I had ever seen, it was the long room with a divider in form of bathroom. In every part was a queen bed. The bathroom was in terrible shape with the toilet bowl moving an inch up and down.
The water view was only through a tiny window and it was obstructed by the porch and roofs.
Not even close to the description/picture on the website.
The room was advertised as ‘quiet’ …
We went to bed around 12:30 at night, at 5:30 the noises from the street and cleaning machines woke us up.
I the morning I went to the front desk, and complained.
We checked out immediately, not staying for the next night as planned. I requested the full refund for the booking. I was told that the hotel will do so and send me a confirmation message. Nothing happened.
Please refund my stay and charge the hotel.
Otherwise I will ask Amex to charge off the $574.13 process ed on May 27.

P.S. we moved to Holiday Inn. It was very good, incomparable with Danfords.
