There was no water in our room. We called to ask someone to come up to check it out, waited half an hour and called again. We waited twenty more minutes, but decided to pack up and go to the desk for help, since none was coming to us. We were basically told that there wasn't anything they could do but put us in a new room. We were supposed to be in a room with two queen beds, and they claimed they were moving us to a king with a pull-out sofa. There were no towels or bedding, and the ben was a queen, not a king. While preparing to go to an event, we tried to watch the game, but the TV wasn't working. We contacted the front desk again, and stated that we would be leaving soon, but that they were welcome to come in to fix it. We ended up being late for our event due to the switching of rooms not being handled well. The person working the front desk told us that she's new there, so she didn't know what else to do. She should have been properly trained prior to working alone. When we arrived back from our event, we found that the television still didn't work. There was no complimentary breakfast as stated online. The hot tub was out of order. None of the ice machines were working. Our keys didn't work on any of the doors, so we had to walk all the way around the building with our luggage, despite being told which door was closest to our rooms. Oh, yeah, there was garbage in the drawers and hair in the sink. Overall, not a pleasant stay.
