Quite a few things were wrong. One, the lazy river, we made our final choice on where to go based on this availability. The river was closed for the season one day prior to our arrival. That would have been good to know. prior to booking. The room I selected was not available due to some issue. I was offered a refund option, but I purchased under a no refund policy, so I didn't believe that was a true option. I was told we would be compensated for it and so far, even after multiple inquiries, still no compensation. Three days after we left and still no compensation! One of the sliding glass doors to one of the rooms would not secure, fortunately, there was not immediate safety issue after a better inspection of the door to an adjacent room off the balcony. We lost hot water twice during our stay. I'm amazed at the huge cleaning fee, but there was evidence left in the room from the previous tenant that the cleaning staff missed. It was a strand of Marti Gra beads. Now I know people can get them at other times, but if that was an indicator of when the last tenant was there, that was an extremely long time ago and is evidence of a lack of care in the housekeeper's duty. The MGM Staff was great and quickly attended to us when they could do such. Those times when I had to reach out to you guys, it was slow and unresponsive responses. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we didn't even stay the final night and I would not recommend your location to anyone.
