Horrible Hotel
This is an all inclusive resort with horrible food that isn’t edible. Our kids couldn’t eat the food at all. The drinks were all watered down and the there is no carbonation to any of the beverages. We had to go out of the resort to eat. The kids play area for the slide was always closed because they had no staff to work it. Most horrible place to stay. Remember, you get what you pay for. The manager didn’t know how to handle complaints and was very rude. They tried to put us in a cheaper room when we paid for an ocean view. He insisted we were wrong
And I showed him the proof in his face. Finally we got the correct room. On arrival the hotel was supposed to send someone to pick us up and we waited for 2 hours in the heat. Kept calling the hotel and they kept saying that they are coming and they never came. We had to get our own taxi to the hotel. No one ever apologized. This is the most horrible establishment. Please
Don’t come here you will regret it.
