Very clean, but facility is old and musty
The room was clean; however it smelled musty and damp, with hints of a dirty diaper.
After one day, our clothes even smelled. The staff told us we needed to be running the air continuously. They also said they could spray air freshener to hide the smell.
The pool was closed when we arrived and the Internet was down on the morning of our departure.
Housekeeping changed the sheets while we were gone at a tournament all day, which I so appreciate, however my daughter’s childhood blanket was on the bed. It inadvertently got taken with the sheets. I notified the staff that evening and the next day and it still had not been found. The staff reminded me there are signs posted throughout the facility that they are not responsible for stolen items. I didn’t think that applied to items in my room.
We had to leave without the blanket. It was sad for both of us.
I called a week after the trip and it still had not been located. We got disconnected right after I gave them my phone number, and I did not hear from them again.
