The gentleman couldnt find my hotel.com reservation, so he put a $100 hold on my credit card for several days. There was no food on the breakfast bar and there was still 45 minutes before breakfast was over. There was no plates, we were told they were all in the dishwasher. Only waffles to eat out of bowls. Then when food was brought out, it was some microwaved chicken tenders. They clearly didnt expect.people that dont live there to come down to eat. The elevator was broken. I just had a hip replacement and once I got all the way up the stairs with my belongings, the door keys didnt work and I had to travel all the way back down.to the lobby. Its clear that the only money put into the hotel was to update the lobby, as the rooms are antiquated with old appliances and cigarette burns on the tub. Once we.got in our rooms, there was.nothing to explain check out time or breakfast hours. I was TRULY upset that I paid the amount I did for a subpar hotel, and plan on contacting management, as I would like some type of compensation.
