The hotel’s exterior is appealing, but the smell is overwhelming. They have scent machines in the lobby to mask it, but it’s evident they’re trying to hide something. The floor we stayed on was particularly unpleasant. Our room had a bathroom light filled with disgusting water. I reported this to the receptionist, and they promptly switched us to a different room and sent the maintenance worker to inspect the issue. Our new room was identical in setup, but it was free of any problems. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spotless.
On the fourth-floor with our new room, we got ice, but the sound of a waterfall echoed through the ice room. I pressed the button once, and immediately, something emerged from the ice machine, preventing us from using any ice. Later, we opted for the bar service to enjoy some drinks and snacks. However, the bartender working that night appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic about assisting us. He seemed more focused on completing his tasks than providing excellent customer service. Despite these issues, the food was satisfactory.
