The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. I loved the proximity of the hotel to sites/restaurants and that it was in an easily walkable/safe area. The hotel pool/lounge area was a great plus although I wish you could order from QR codes from your lounger without having to go up to the bar. I ate from Little Palm once and the food was great and staff were friendly.
I will say that my room was very clean and had cute fixtures throughout but there were dark scuffs along the whole entry side of the wall. The bathroom’s metal toilet paper dispenser was nearly detached from the wall. The toilet was also very wobbly and was also detached from the wall. The shower water pressure was low and the water temperature ran cold during one of my showers.
The above wouldn’t deter me from staying here again though. Overall it was a great stay at The Ryder.
