The lobby looks very nice, but when we got to the room, the toilet was running and never fully flushed. There were stains in the shower and the towels by the sink had a yellow tint. Housekeeping never came to the room during the three day stay, so we had to find them to request new towels.
There is no insulation in the walls, so you can hear every time a door opens and closes all the way down the hall. Housekeeping, despite never coming to the room, likes to vacuum around 8:00 am, so that will wake you up.
Breakfast was good, but they never put out enough for the guests. People were standing around and waiting for food and several people asked for muffins. The woman brought out 6 (at least 10 people had asked for them) and then one lady took them all and there were never more muffins brought out. We were told several times that more eggs would be ready in 10 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes, I gave up and went back to the room.
This could have been a much nicer hotel (especially for a Marriott), but it also could have been worse
