Stay somewhere with better protcol
The woman who checked us in was very kind. But when we got there we learned that the elevators were broken (we were on the second floor) and that the pool wasn't even filled and they were not heating the hot tub (part of our pull to stay here). We got up to our room (lugging our suitcases up in the stairwell with some unsafe conditions). We get to our room (which is located right next to the broken elevator AND the ice machine which seems stupid) to find out our key did not work. We thought maybe she wrote down the number wrong (219) so he tried across the hall at 218 and it worked. I was about to wheel my luggage into the room when I noticed OTHER PEOPLES CLOTHES AND SUITCASES OUT. The woman programmed our key for someone else's room. My husband went back down and got our key fixed but I spent our 2 days there worried someone would get a key to our room and not be so kind in leaving our stuff alone. After the first night there we were woken up VERY EARLY to someone getting ice (since it was right outside our room). The breakfast was decent for the rest of the hotel being crap. This place was a waste of money and I WOULD NOT recommend
