We made reservations with hotels.com on 2/22/26 for a one night stay on 4/25/26. When we got there we were told our reservation was not valid even though I received a confirmation from hotels.com. They had no room for us. There was a big concert in the area and they sold our room out from under us m. The only hotel we found with a room was sub-par and was charged an outrageous price but we had no choice. ! I had my two daughters with me and we were 3 hours from home with concert tickets! I will never book through hotels.com again if the hotel doesn’t have to honor the reservation! I have already reported this to Marriott and the better business bureau. Also would never stay at this hotel again either. So disappointed in the whole experience!
