We had an amazing time during our stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, and the overall experience was memorable. I want to give a special shoutout to Rachel at the front desk—though calling her a receptionist doesn’t do her justice. Her warm, professional, and elevated service truly set the tone for our visit. Also, Quam from the valet team made a great first impression upon our arrival—friendly, efficient, and welcoming.
However, I do want to share some honest feedback about the valet service. Unfortunately, it fell short over the weekend. With such high guest volume, it was surprising that only six carts were available. We had to go up and down twice, which became an added inconvenience, especially after a long day.
Additionally, on Friday night—my birthday dinner—we had a reservation, but it took 15 minutes to retrieve our vehicle. This delay nearly caused us to miss our reservation time, which was incredibly frustrating given that changes would’ve depended on availability.
For $55 per day, the valet service should be more streamlined and guest-focused. At the very least, offering a self-parking option would be appreciated, especially when the current system isn't consistently beneficial.
That said, the staff mentioned above truly elevated our stay, and we’re grateful for their hospitality. With some improvements to the valet, this would easily be a 5-star experience all around.
