As of January 2026 this hotel is under major renovation be aware. The first room I was given, had opened luggage and was obviously occupied. A hotel staff was near by and assisted me to a different room on the next floor (thank you and why this isn’t a 1 star review). The next room had a for to it so I was escorted to the next floor where the room was just right.
I later went down to get the proper key to my room. The same registration person was helping another person but also jumped into get my key prepared. I provided paper with the new room number and he proceeded to read it aloud, a few times while visitors were nearby. I was shocked about the disregard for patrons safety! Pro tip- DONT RRAD THE ROOM NUMBER OUT LOUD! With so much construction and very dark parking lot (where one had to walk to get to their room) I felt unsafe.
