The staff were nice and very helpful I will say the breakfast it’s mainly just toast waffles and muffins and bagels. The place was pretty clean just some places and spots could be better but overall a great place for the price!

The waffles were good. It was close to nearly everything. Staff at front desk were rude. Room cleanliness was average. For a very last minute booking on a holiday weekend, it suited its purpose.

Clean room, great water pressure in shower, free continental breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

6/10 - Boa

The room was clean but had a slight scent of molding. The furniture worn out and had visible scrapes. The bathroom was fine and clean. The front desk staff was “okay” Not impolite but nor extremely nice or helpful either. The property is near a busy commercial area but, it’s not easy to walk there at all. Lacks airport shuttle service, even when it’s located only 2 plus miles away from it.

The main issue was the main elevator—please get that fixed/inspected.

Check in staff was rude and dismissive. The toilet didn't run correctly - made a terrible noise after flushing and was told we needed to hold it down for at least a full minute to fully flush... Breakfast was meh - only waffles, yogurt and muffins. Not even fresh fruit.

Location was good. The cleaners were cleaning but the chemicals they use are very strong @ leave a awful smellThe room had a smell there, the ac never cooled the room, it was just hot in there, there were holes in part where the ac is, the fridge was leaky, the elevator was making a lot of noise, hazardous:there’s a dip 3 floor in front of the elevator door that cause a stumble, the bathroom room look like a 3 yo caulked it right before we checked in, but that hot water was awesome stayed hot never cooled

The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing, we were hoping to have more than just breads. “Little eggs and maybe some kind of breakfast meat .”

We got room #112, no issues. We checked for bugs, didn't find any. Clean sheets & towels, no stains. Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Free breakfast yes, but don't expect to see eggs, sausage or bacon. They serve waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt & cereal. Recommend if you are looking for a good night sleep without the downtown noise.

The room was pretty clean but we did find 2 dead roaches. Staff was friendly, prompt, and curious. Breakfast an average continental breakfast you would expect from any chain hotel. Parking was ample and free.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

Stayed 3 nights, checked in at 1230 am and room door was left open. No one wants to walk into a dark unsecured room. Came in to no towels and front desk was rude to my ask for towels even tho I walked down. Found 2 small cockroaches in bathroom on 2 separate days. No smoking but weed and cloudy smoke seen in hallways. Property smelled. Burn holes in shower curtain.

Here is my honest review... After driving 14 hours I couldn't wait to get to the hotel. The road to it is a little weird but you'll know when you're there. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our room was right off the lobby but very quiet. First impression walking in was that it was clean and did NOT have carpets which is a major plus for me. The beds were clean, no bedbugs, clean linens that actually smelled good and not like bleach. The bathroom was clean and my only complaint is that the toilet paper roll is across from the toilet and quite a stretch when you are sitting on the toilet . Other than that very nice. I didn't slip in the shower and break a hip because there are grips to keep you from slipping 🤗 Breakfast was minimal but it will do when you are only here for a night passing through. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a decent and safe place to stay that is clean and maintained and doesn't have rugs for critters to hide in, clean linens and friendly staff.

It wasn't perfect. Rusty hinges, bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, safety lock was broken off. Ac wasn't working properly but it was working. Microwave needs to be replaced, rusted inside. The staff and continental breakfast were nice.
