This was the worst experience I've had in many years and the worst part is that I know how good this place "can" be...The issue, while only being 1 thing, was a very, very big thing...The Smell... the Smell of either death or someones colostomy bag that had exploded ...it smelled so bad it smacked me the second I opened the door. Im not being dramatic either, this was AWFUL. I got the staff immediately who came armed with Lysol, which helped for 30 seconds. There were no available rooms to change and I was desperate so
I went and got a can of Febreeze and fell asleep pushing the button with the can in my hands and when I woke up, my 1st breathe in made me start gagging which got me outta bed and checked out and into my car at 6am , instead of sleeping until I have work at 11am.....CRAZZY
Please fix room 135 so the next poor sap needing a place to sleep for the night doesn't have to endure this nightmare .
