First room I was given had a broken soap dispenser and smelled dank and damp. After I pointed out the broken soap dispenser, I was moved to another room.
The second room also smelled bad and the shower curtain was missing rings. Even worse, when I tried to use the microwave, I found an old, opened Cup of Noodles—full of water, seasoning mixed in, stinking because it had been left in there for a long time by a previous customer—inside the microwave, meaning that the hotel staff had failed to clean the room properly before I used it. In addition, the time on both the microwave clock and desk clock were set incorrectly, demonstrating the lack of attention paid by staff to these basic supplies and amenities.
Finally, the complimentary breakfast is of extremely low quality—I would not feed this to anyone in my family—you would be better off paying money and eating elsewhere.
The only positive aspects of my stay were the convenience of the location and ready availability of parking.
