First, the room floor was dirty and hairs everywhere, even on the walls, so I had to clean the room first. Second, when I was booking the room, the booking page had no information about this hotel not accepting CATS and no mentioning of the security pet deposit amout. The booking descrpition said pet friendly but when I arrived there, they charged $75 non refundable pet deposit. And the coffee machine wasn't working so we called the front desk person who said the maintenance person will come and fix it while we are not present, so we said NO due to many personal items there. But next day, the maintenance person went there along with their manager without our conscent and knowledge. When we talked to the manager about all these issues, his attitude was like, it's NOT my problem and I DON'T CARE. I don't get it.
