This is a 5 star hotel with lot of good facilities and a great view of Jeju City.
Unfortunately, the hotel has a bunch of weird rules, including some fairly hostile pool rules that prevent “children” under 150 cm from swimming in the rather shallow pools. They can only enter if they wear a bizarre and, frankly, borderline humiliating equipment that includes a full body life vest, and some additional flotation equipment that prevent any swimming.
Breakfast is very expensive but is also probably one of the best buffets that I have seen.
The hotel auto-mailed a welcome email but did not respond to messages.
All in all, this was not a 5 star experience but the hotel also placed itself at a price point far below usual 5 star levels.
