This was by far the WORST hotel I've ever encountered! The front desk person, Lisa, was extremely inexperienced, very unprofessional, untrustworthy (she stated that she didn't even know the name of the hotel manager, which is Terica Wells, btw), and rude. My husband, who was working, made the reservation for me, our 7 year old, and family that was visiting with us. When I arrived to check-in, Lisa called her "manager" because the reservation was in my husband's name. They would NOT allow me to check in. She asked for his ID, he sent it. She asked to speak to him, so I called him. Dispite our addresses and credit cards being identical, and him confirming that he made the reservation for me, they refused to let me check-in! PLUS, they charged me for the PRE-PAID room they wouldn't let me check into! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Do NOT stay here! The staff is lame and management is horrible! Neither the front desk clerk nor the manager were helpful or respectful to our situation. Reading the reviews now, I can see that Terica Wells has received several non-favorable comments. She is definitely NOT the type of manager I would expect from a Wyndham property.
