Upon arrival, we waited at least 5 minutes for the staff to arrive. He didn't look happy, especially when asked questions.
The entrance hallway smelled horrible, and the rugs were absolutely dirty.
When inspecting the room we found the sheets must not have changed; 3 pillows smelled 'used' and when pulling the comforter we saw hair and a piece of what looked like tissue. We wiped areas with disinfectant cloth and they did seem clean. However wiping the bathtub it wasn't.
Much of this has more to do with the hotel itself, management. The window shade in the room was broken, and would not come all the way down. We had to put the smelly pillows there to cover the exposed section to feel a sense of privacy.
The room was advertised to have breakfast. They DO NOT serve breakfast, only coffee.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location. For another 10 or so we could have had a better, cleaner place to stay. So no, it was not worth what we paid.
