We went to Warner Robins for a family reunion. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews and a good price. When we arrived, everything was fine. But that night, our room was full of bed bugs, and not only that, I was bitten all over, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Around 12:30 AM, I called the front desk, and they moved us to another room. That was terrible; it was cold and windy, and we had to move all our belongings to another room on the opposite side of the hotel. They didn't even send anyone to help us with our luggage. The next morning, I noticed that the room was being cleaned, but I didn't see any sign of it being fumigated. Anyway, by the afternoon, they already had other people in the room that had the bed bugs. At the end of our weekend stay, at check-out, they offered us a discount for what had happened, which we didn't think was reasonable, but we accepted it. This was the week of October 9th to 12th, 2025, and we still haven't received any refund whatsoever.
