Room was clean on arrival, receptionist was very friendly and explained about the carpark charges and gym facilities. Very good, she's an asset to your company. Hopefully this gets back to her.
Since Marriott have taken over, for some reason they don't like to freshen their guests room up, I've stayed several times before, so this time I booked a twin room, so on the third night I had a fresh bed.
I had a meeting in the bar area, ordered a cup of tea and a coffee, and two hours later, still had not received the drinks. Luckily enough the client thought it was amusing. Will I stay again? Yes, management need to be more organised, and hopefully people will slot into the right positions. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
