We had a room with two queen bed reserved--there were 4 travellers. When we arrived they said they overbooked and had to change to a room with 1 bed and they would provide a roll away. This was unacceptable. The rollaway was awful and my husband had to sleep on the floor. They overbooked and we had no alternative.

The room had a bad smell. Smelled like wet carpet or something damp. The pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower head had a very small and weak stream of water pouring through it. The shower needs to have a stronger water stream.

This was a trip for a follow up at the hospital with our Daughter who went through Open Hart Surgery, this was not a trip for pleasure nor for business.
When we arrived (around 8-9pm) there was no one at the desk, we waited (in this unsafe area) for over 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter.
The room was disgusting, when i went to the front desk to complain that there are wet stains in the middle of the bed, we were told "sorry we cant help you". we ended up sleeping in the car.

Habitación bien, recibimiento regular
La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. Las almohadas ridĆculamente pequeƱas y duras, muy incómodas para dormir.
El recibimiento en el check-in muy frĆo, ni una sonrisa, ni un bienvenidos, ni ofrecen ayuda a menos que lo pidas. Todos lo demĆ”s muy bien.

I wouldnāt ever stay here again. Not for the price. Facility is filthy, there were no pillows. Our room was 77 degrees because we were āover the boilers?ā Why build a room that way? The solution was to open the window on the first floor. I wouldnāt recommend this place at all unless the price reflected how gross it was. We checked out early and stayed for maybe $40 more at the nicer Marriott down the street. It was disgusting

The room I stayed smell awful. The water took quite a while to get warm/ hot. The bathroom wall had black stuff on (it might be permanent) but it made it look dirty.

The property is older, and things just don't work well but the area is nice and convenient to the T line.

OK hotel. Bad experience
We were scared after reading reviews that the hotel would have been overbooked and would be left with no room. When we reached and the front desk said the reservation got cancelled for overbooking, I felt my fear was coming true. But he informed that he booked another cheaper room and hotels.com would be refunding the difference. He was helpful and kind. After 1 day, no news from hotels.com, so we contacted the customer service which after 2 hours settled everything. Such a pity to loose that time when being on vacation. Hotels.com customer service was helpful too.
Need to mention that the same night 2 other couples didn't get any room due to overbooking. Not sure if the real issue comes from the reservations platform or from the hotel, but this is scary.
The room itself and furniture is very old but clean enough. The bed was comfortable and we got hot water to shower. It was enough for our short 2 nights stay but the fridge and the microwave didn't seem to be working if this is important.
Location is a +, green T line is just 5 min walk away.

Very Disappointing for $300 but I guess that is the rates in Boston. Would have much rather pay $120 and get a decent hotel

The property is dated and not well maintained. The bathroom mirror was missing and there were poorly āpatchedā holes in the wall where towel bars or towel hooks were previously attached and not replaced.
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There were a few odd items that appeared to be collected from other hotels (make up towellette, conditioner)
The carpet was dirty and the walls had various dents and partial patches.

Upon arrival after 12 am unofrtunately due to a late flight, waited about 30 minutes while the desk clerk helped another customer. Desk clerk was very nice, but at that hour we wanted nothing more than getting to our room and hitting the pillow. got to our room, opened door and was very unpleasantly surprised. Room does not look like the picture on site. Carpet filthy. Although the bathroom was very clean and the bedding looked very clean. Thre were 3 very flimsly pillows on the bed. Needed more pillows. Room had a musty smell too which also made me very nervous. Probably was there a total of 6 hrs, but still not worth the money. Need to replace carpet. And updat room. Desk clerk was very nice gentleman. Not sure if there was any amemities in the main area or not, it looked like the furniture was all stacked up and boxes around so not sure. spend a bit more and go elsewhere.
