The room presentation was somewhat fair, and as you walk in you start to notice all the defects, when you prepare for bed the blankets not only looked old, but felt very scratchy as if they were donated from the thrift store.
I went to ask the front receptionist for another mattress for our pullout bed because it had blood stains and what appeared like saliva or mucus stains, her response was, "ya that's all we got, seriously I'm sure these pullout beds/sofas are as old as when the hotel building was first built." I then asked for a better blanket and she brought me another one just like the one I originally had. I then asked if she could find us a room with two beds and said that's all we have to accommodate you and your sister who's disabled, and as you requested the first floor. By than I was tired and done dealing with the horrible service. I took pictures of the rusted and over frozen freezer/refrigerator and the very uncomfortable pullout bed/sofa mattress. Oh, and the breakfast is not great either. I hope whoever stays at this hotel doesn't get the same room or service we received.
