At first sight the room appeared to be beautiful. As I settled in there were maintenance items that have been neglected for awhile. TV didn’t have any channels other than the Home Screen and guest services for check out. I ended up propping up my phone on nightstand to watch Netflix. The heater (stayed in Dec) was not completely sealed so cold winter air was flowing through on the bottom near end of bed making it very drafty and cold. When the heater was on it heated nicely but VERY loud and when I pulled the filter up as it sounded like it was struggling to get air the dust rolled out. I don’t think the filters were ever changed. Lastly no open outlets on nightstands. Had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone. It’s a nice hotel but they really lack maintenance and making your stay enjoyable. The several inconveniences will make me choose another hotel in the area next time.
