I always have a good stay when I stay at Campbellsville BW. Staff is friendly and helpful, and room is very clean. Only problem this time: when I booked on hotels.com, I chose an accessible room, and that apparently did not get communicated to the hotel. I showed the desk agent, on my reservation, and she said that info never came through on the reservation. The hotel was full, so she was unable to help me out with the situation. Not her fault, and I had to climb stairs, as my room was on the 2nd floor. This wonāt deter me from staying again with the property, but I will make sure to leave a comment/special instructions when I reserve next time and not rely on booking an āaccessible ā room.
