I cannot evaluate the property, but I can tell you how put out I am with the staff.
My reservation was made through Hotels.com. I was using their voice recognition to place a reservation, and ended up booking this resort in Silverton, CO instead of a resort in Silverthorn, Co. They are over 5 hours from each other. When I discovered this I tried to contact the resort but did not receive an answer to my calls. I then contacted Hotels.com and they were also unable to get an answer to their calls and emails. The mistake may not have been made by the resort, but their lack of customer service is an issue that they need to address. After three days of no contact, I was informed by Hotels.com that they were unable to reach the property and that I would have to pay for the room because they were unable to cancel it.
