I’ve never experienced such disorganisation and disrespect from a hotel. We arrived well before the official check‑in time and were told the room would be ready in an hour. An hour passed — nothing. Then we were told to wait another half hour. Still nothing. Even 20 minutes past the actual check‑in time, the staff were still insisting the room “wasn’t ready” and refused to take any responsibility.
Instead of apologising or offering any kind of solution, the reception staff tried to defend themselves by claiming check‑in was at 5pm, even though it was already past that. No updates, no communication, and every time I asked for information, I had to queue up again and repeat the same questions like they’d never seen me before.
The attitude at reception was absolutely unacceptable. Completely dismissive, uninterested in guest care, and lacking even basic courtesy. My child was struggling with the long wait and the chaotic environment, and still the staff showed no empathy or urgency.
A truly disgraceful experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who expects even the slightest level of professionalism or respect.
