Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the TV was not connected to the WiFi and could not use any app and I love to watch Netflix and relax. I let the hotel staff know and even sent a text message to the number they text you how everything is going and if you need anything to make your stay better and they just said someone from the maintenance department was going to contact me and they never did. We left and no one cared to make sure and ask if our issue was taken care of. And this is one of the main reasons we choose to stay there. I could have chosen other hotels cheaper if I’m not going to have what I’m looking forward to and it was for my birthday too. I’m also to complain directly to the hotel.
